Your first deposit gets you up to $1600 in bonuses
Welcome Bonus at Jackpot City Sister Casinos
New players receive a 100% match bonus up to $400 and 150 free spins on Starburst when they make their first deposit. The bonus is split across the first three deposits: 100% up to $100 on the first deposit, 50% up to $150 on the second, and 50% up to $150 on the third. The free spins are credited in three batches of 50, one per day after deposit.
To claim the bonus, register a new account, verify your email and phone number, then deposit at least $20 using a supported payment method. The bonus and free spins activate automatically upon deposit. No promo code is required. If the bonus does not appear, contact support within 24 hours.
The bonus amount and free spins must be wagered 35 times before withdrawal is allowed. Free spins winnings are subject to the same wagering requirement and expire after 7 days if unused. Wagering contributions vary: slots count 100%, table games 10%, and live dealer games 5%. No bet above $5 counts toward the requirement.
The entire bonus package must be completed within 30 days. After that, any remaining bonus funds or unused free spins are forfeited. Withdrawals without meeting the wagering requirement are blocked and may result in account suspension.
How to use promo codes at Jackpot City Sister Casinos
Promo codes are alphanumeric strings that unlock bonus offers when entered during registration or deposit. They are not automatic — you must manually input them to receive the reward. These codes are tied to specific promotions, such as deposit matches or free spins, and often have expiration dates and wagering conditions.
Where to find promo codes
Promo codes are shared through official email newsletters, the casino’s promotions page, or partner websites that run affiliated campaigns. They are not posted publicly on social media or third-party forums. If you signed up for Jackpot City’s mailing list, check your inbox for messages labeled “Exclusive Offer.” Some codes are also included in direct messages from customer support after you’ve made your first deposit.
How to activate a promo code
- Log in to your account on the Jackpot City Sister Casinos platform.
- Go to the Cashier section and select your preferred deposit method.
- Enter the promo code in the field labeled “Promo Code” or “Bonus Code” before confirming your deposit.
- Click “Apply” or “Deposit” — the bonus will appear in your account within seconds if the code is valid.
If the code doesn’t work, the system will show an error message. Common reasons include expired codes, incorrect spelling, or deposits below the minimum required amount. No support ticket is needed — the system validates codes automatically.
